A family-owned custom window treatment company on the south Florida coast, with a showroom you can walk into and installers who work for us.
Regency has been dressing windows from Delray Beach since 1999, across Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade counties. Nothing we sell comes off a shelf in a standard size. A designer comes to your home, measures the actual openings, and the treatment is built to those numbers and finished in the fabric and color you chose.
That is the whole business. Shades, drapery, blinds, shutters, motorization, and the awkward shapes nobody else wants to quote — all of it made to order, all of it installed by our own people.
The designer who measures your windows is the one who writes your quote. The installers are on our payroll, not a subcontractor's.
South Florida light is unforgiving and the humidity is worse. We specify fabrics, linings, and hardware that survive both, because we are the ones who come back if they don't.
We work across Palm Beach and Broward from one showroom on SW 15th Avenue. Close enough to come back and adjust a hem.
Photographs only get you so far. Our Delray Beach showroom has working windows dressed in the real thing — roman shades you can raise, drapery you can draw, motors you can run — and every fabric we carry, hanging where you can hold it up to the light.
No appointment needed, though we will have more time for you if you make one.
Four steps, one team, and no surprises at the end of it.
A short conversation about the windows, the light, and how you actually use the space. Free, with no obligation at the end of it.
A designer visits your home, measures every opening precisely, and brings fabrics to see against your own walls and your own light.
A written proposal covering fabric, lining, hardware, motorization, and installation. One number, itemized, nothing held back for later.
Our own installers fit every treatment, program and test every motor, walk you through it, and take the packaging away with them.
Customers are never asked to measure their own windows. Every opening is measured by the person designing the treatment, at three points for width and three for drop, with the mount decided on the spot rather than guessed at later.
It is the single thing that decides whether a shade sits flush or lets a stripe of light down one side, and it is the reason a Regency treatment is not something you can order from a form.
Book a free measureEvery treatment here was measured in someone's home and built for those windows alone. No two of these rooms wanted the same thing.
We are an authorized distributor for Hunter Douglas and Lutron, and we work with a small number of mills beyond them. Not a catalog — a short list we are willing to stand behind.
