These terms cover the use of this website and your dealings with us. The terms of any work we do for you are set out in your written quote, which is the document that governs the job itself. Where the two differ, your quote wins.
Nothing on this website is a price or an offer. Every price we give is built from measurements taken in your home by our own designer, and is set out in a written quote. A quote is valid for the period stated on it, and prices can change before a quote is issued.
Consultations, measuring, and quotes are free and carry no obligation. Installation is priced separately from the treatments themselves, and tax and delivery are shown on the final invoice.
An order starts when you accept the quote in writing and pay the deposit stated on it. We accept card and bank transfer, and financing where it is offered is provided by a third party on their own terms and subject to their approval. The balance is due before installation unless your quote says otherwise.
Almost everything we supply is cut to your measurements and finished in a fabric or material you chose. Because of that, once an order is in production it cannot be canceled, changed, or returned. Your quote states the point at which that happens. Anything in stock and unaltered can be returned within 14 days in its original condition.
Small variations in color, grain, and texture are normal in made-to-order work and are not a fault.
Lead times depend on the treatment and the supplier, and typically run four to six weeks from order. We will give you a date and keep you posted, but a lead time is an estimate rather than a guarantee.
We recommend our own installation, and where we install, that work is ours to stand behind. If you choose to fit a treatment yourself, the fit and anything that follows from it are yours.
Manufacturer warranties run through us, and our own installation is covered separately. The terms and duration for your specific treatments are set out in your quote and your paperwork. A claim needs proof of purchase and has to be made inside the warranty period. Damage from misuse, accident, alteration, or lack of maintenance is not covered.
The images on this website are used to show the range of treatments, finishes, and configurations we supply. They are illustrative. Color reproduces differently on every screen, which is why a designer brings physical samples to your home before anything is ordered.

The text, photography, logo, and design on this site belong to Regency Custom Window Treatments. Our drawings, specifications, and measurements for your project stay ours as well — you own the treatments you bought, not the documents behind them.
We keep the site accurate and available as best we can, but we do not guarantee it is free of errors or always reachable.
Design advice is guidance, not a promise about how a room will feel. We are not responsible for normal wear, weather and humidity, work altered by someone else, or a fit we did not carry out. Nothing here limits anything that cannot be limited by law.
Call us first — nearly everything is settled that way. Anything that is not is governed by the law of the State of Florida, in the courts of Palm Beach County.
