Who we are

What we collect

We only collect what you give us. When you request a consultation that is your name, email address, phone number, the town you live in, and whatever you tell us about your windows and your rooms. If you call or email us instead, it is whatever is in that conversation.

Our website also records ordinary technical information that every website receives: the pages you visited, roughly where in the world you were, and what browser you used.

What we use it for

To arrange and prepare for your consultation, to write your quote, to carry out the work, and to contact you about it afterward. That is the whole list.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.

Who else sees it

Only the people and services needed to do the work. That means our own team; the supplier who makes a treatment to your measurements; and the service providers who run this website, store what the inquiry form sends us, and deliver our email and text messages. Those providers act on our instructions and may not use your information for anything of their own.

We will also disclose information where the law requires it.

Text messages

If you tick the consent box on our form, you agree to receive customer care text messages from Regency Window Treatments about your enquiry, your appointments, your installation, and your service updates.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase, and we do not send marketing or promotional texts.

Your phone number and your consent are never shared with anyone for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry details for as long as we are talking to you, and customer records for as long as the warranty on your treatments runs, because we need them to honor it.

How we protect it

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, and we limit who can see your details to the people who need them. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, and we will not pretend otherwise.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email through the contact page and we will take care of it.

If you would rather we did not contact you again, say so in one line and we will stop.

Children

This website is meant for adults and we do not knowingly collect anything from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us their details, tell us and we will delete them.

Cookies

This site uses only what it needs to work and to understand which pages people find useful. It does not run advertising trackers.
